All year 11 ICT students are very busy at the moment as they enter the final stages of their first DiDA project which is worth one GCSE. The project is all about healthy eating and has many different tasks that need to be completed. The exam board has provided a detailed brief for the project in the form of a website http://www1.edexcel.org.uk/dida-0906-d201/html/spb201index.htm.
Students started this project earlier in the year. Unlike all previous projects, they will not be handing in any paperwork. Instead they have made a website (eportfolio) to show their work which will be sent to the exam board electronically. It is likely that many subjects will be assessed electronically in the future.
The standard of work so far has been fabulous and we wish all students the best of luck as they approach the half term deadline. All projects must be handed in no later than 4pm on Friday 19th October 2007.
