Details for the new uniform

You may remember that back in January we started our uniform consultation asking for your opinion on the current uniform and the proposed changes. The verdict was that the majority of you would prefer to wear a jumper or cardigan but didn’t like the college logo. So, in May we asked you to vote for the new logo.

We listened and are pleased to present the new Guthlaxton College uniform. These items are for all new Year 10 students (current year 9’s) starting 1st September 2011 and after. Any current students can also purchase the new uniform if they wish to do so.

I would like to thank everyone for their support and co-operation in this consultation process. We now have a uniform that fully represents all the Guthlaxton College values and our ambition to be a great school.

We look forward to seeing you in September for a successful academic year.
