Applying To Guthlaxton Sixth Form

Year 11 students have been well prepared with presentations regarding the pathways and choices of subjects available to them at Guthlaxton and there has been a steady trickle of applications received.

Deadline Reminder

The deadline for the Guthlaxton Sixth Form application form is Friday 10th December 2010.

A Sixth Form Experience

We held a Sixth Form Experience day for a group of students on Monday the 6th December, to gain an insight into our Sixth Form and to experience what AS and A2 level lessons are really like. Thank you to the wonderful Year 12 and 13 students who have volunteered to have these students shadowing them on Monday and I hope the students benefited greatly from this experience.

Volunteering

Vinspire are so impressed by the number of students at Guthlaxton, who are willing to give their time so freely volunteering within the College and local community. Our Vinspire students were invited to attend a celebration lunch on Tuesday the 7th December, to praise them for all their efforts.
