After being approached by Jacobs Biscuits to make a documentary about their biscuit making process earlier this term, our Year 13 Film Studies students spent the day filming in the factory.  This gave our students the opportunity to experience working to a real brief in a professional working environment, whilst also tying in to their A2 documentary topic.

The filming was a thoroughly rewarding experience for both the students and staff, and the management at   Jacobs were very impressed with the students.  The finished film is to be shown at Jacobs’ annual conference held at South Wigston in February 2011.
