Year 11 dress in their finest for the summer prom
Once again a fantastic turnout at the Annual Year 11 Prom held at the Leicester Tigers ground.
The evening kicked off with a variety of fancy cars, from Jaguars to Stretch Limousines, dropping off the students who had all made a real effort for the evening.
The girls glistened and sparkled in their prom dresses whilst the boys dazzled in their suits.Throughout the night students cast their vote for their Prom King and Queen and Best Dressed male and female. After a closely fought battle the winners were announced. Prom King and Queen went to Sam Dunkley WPL and Megan Burnside HTS who looked the ideal couple in their crown and tiara. Best dressed Male was awarded to James Condon HSS, who looked dapper in a top hat. Best dressed Female went to Zoe Lowery DVC who wore a beautiful white dress.
Entertainment for the evening was provided by the talented Guthlaxtones who were on top form as usual, ensuring the dance floor was always full. They were followed by DJ Shovlin spinning his decks ending the night on a high.
All students were extremely well behaved and a credit to the college. Overall a fantastic night was had by all and a perfect way to wish Year 11 all the best for the future.
